This policy explains what information Detail Dash collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a booking or quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, details about your vehicle, and your preferred date and time. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or social tracking scripts on this site, so we are not building a profile of your browsing. Our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, which is normal for any website.
How we use it
We use the details you send to respond to you, prepare a quote, schedule and confirm your service, and follow up about the work. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email to send occasional care tips and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who processes it for us
To operate the site and reach you, we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Resend delivers our email, Twilio delivers text-message alerts, and Vercel hosts the website. These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and quote information for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details above, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at calldetaildash@gmail.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests the same way — by email, at no charge.
We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging a service and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send, including serving the whole site over HTTPS and limiting who can access submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your information carefully.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
