Detail Dash provides mobile and shop auto, boat, RV, and aircraft detailing in Louisville, Kentucky and nearby areas. Descriptions on this site explain what each service generally includes; the exact work is confirmed with you before we begin.

Quotes, pricing, and estimates

Prices shown on this site are starting points. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your vehicle, boat, RV, or aircraft, and on any add-ons you choose. For specialty work we quote after we see it in person. We confirm the price with you before starting, and the number we give you is the number you pay unless the scope changes with your agreement.

A quote or estimate is not a contract until we both confirm the booking.

Booking, confirmation, and cancellation

When you request a booking through this site, we confirm it with you directly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may reschedule for weather or circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to do good work, and we will always arrange a new time with you.

Access and preparation

For mobile service you agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle where we are working. Please remove personal items and valuables before we arrive; we are not responsible for personal belongings left inside.

Condition and results

Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle but cannot undo every kind of damage. Some oxidation, staining, etching, odor, and wear may be permanent, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic before we start. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions we point out or that were not reasonably visible at the time of service.

Manufacturer warranties

Any ceramic-coating warranty is provided by the coating manufacturer under its own terms, not by us. We install as a certified applicator and will explain the coverage, but warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's program.

Photos of our work

We may photograph the work we do for our portfolio and marketing. We avoid capturing license plates and personal information. If you would prefer we not photograph your vehicle, tell us and we will not.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
